Denise N. Upshaw, MPA, APHR is the visionary behind ThriveLife Brand Management, Houston’s premier brand management firm for creatives, blending business solutions with marketing strategies. With over 15 years in executive leadership roles, Denise built her career on public service, operational excellence, and work-life balance.

Inspired by her early experience as her mother’s personal assistant, Denise learned that thriving isn’t about doing it all—it’s about knowing what to delegate. Pairing that vision with her love for creative energy, organization, and intentional living, led to the launch of ThriveLife, LLC in 2024.
